Afterburn Graphic Novel gets Hollywood FILM adaptation

It's been an absolute blast to see AFTERBURN, the comic series that I concepted and illustrated for RED 5 COMICS in 2008 become a Hollywood film production with action director J. J. PERRY, and starring DAVE BAUTISTA and SAMUEL L. JACKSON. Exciting times!

On Tuesday June 25 on his Instagram feed, director JJ Perry announced that filming on the AFTERBURN movie has wrapped!

Perry will now head into post-production on the film for a release some time TBD for 2025.
